Katherm QK – Crossflow fan-assisted convection
The new multi-media library is designed like a lake with large and small inlets. The double-shelled glass façades decorated with white patterns flow harmoniously from the concave to convex surfaces. 8 different radii are employed enabling the 32 m high free-standing building to reveal a different silhouette from each angle – either its full imposing breath towards the main entrance to the campus or as a columnar tower with its neighbouring buildings towards the direction of the town centre ...
