The company's premises on the Friedrich-Ebert-Straße in Lingen have been continuously expanded and extended since 1976. Today the plant covers an area of 130,000 square metres and in 2008 a modern Research & Development Centre was added, where Kampmann GmbH works closely with leading scientific research institutions.

 

All of the product ranges are developed and produced, assembled and distributed from the Lingen head office, with the exception of the product groups that leave the Łęczyca plant as finished products. Over 2,000 tonnes of metal were processed in Lingen in 2011, with this total volume rising to 2,800 tonnes across all of the sites. With just under 500 employees in the Lingen head office plant, Kampmann GmbH is a key employer across the region.

Kampmann GmbH has been producing in Gräfenhainichen, Sachsen-Anhalt since 1992 and during this time the four existing buildings have been thoroughly renovated. High-quality entrance mats are produced very successfully here on a total floor area of approx. 5,000 m2, initially for the Kampmann BAU division, however, since April 2011 this division has been trading as an independent company, known as Kampmann Eingangsmatten GmbH. Furthermore, roll-up grilles and linear grilles are produced in Gräfenhainichen. The branch office for the Eastern sales region is also located here and the plant employs a total of around 60 apprentices.

Kampmann Polska established this new production plant in Łęczyca, close to the geographical centre of Poland, in 2006. Primary and end products for the well-known Kampmann heating, cooling and ventilation systems are produced here in line with the proven exacting standards of Kampmann manufacturing quality. Alongside finished products for the regional sales market, the majority of the products are transported to Lingen for further machining in the Lingen head office of Kampmann GmbH.

 

Approximately 100 employees carry out their jobs in the production plant that is equipped with the most modern machinery. The design of each of the three similarly sized sections of the building ensures the very best possible production flow. A welding department and an assembly hall are located here, as is a shipping department.
