Kampmann GmbH certified
From today, a further eight employers in the Emsland have been "certified as family-friend" and, among them, is Kampmann GmbH . The Emsland Foundation for Business and the Family has now officially awarded Kampmann GmbH the Emsland Quality Seal for Family-friendliness.
Kampmann already has flexible working hours, part-time work, compassionate leave, a bistro and many other things. Further ideas generated by employees are now being incorporated into an even more family-friendly personnel policy. What is particularly striking is that the care of employees is now much more in the foreground than ever before. The certificate has been awarded to the company's head office in Lingen with around 500 employees.
