NOVA and Kampmann prior to conclusion of cooperation negotiations

Donaueschingen/Lingen (Ems), 14.03.2011 – NOVA Apparate GmbH, Donaueschingen, and Kampmann GmbH, Lingen announced their future close cooperation at the ISH 2011, the leading industry fair.
The product ranges of both companies complement each other wonderfully with their centralised (NOVA) and decentralised (Kampmann) applications. The aim of the cooperation is therefore the strategic sales planning of both medium-sized companies. The intention is for Kampmann to take a share in NOVA.
